Dehradun, 25 Sep: The Bajaj Institute of Learning for the Deaf (BIL), provides free education and holistic development opportunities to Deaf students since 1997. At the 13th Uttarakhand State Deaf Badminton Championship 2025, its students secured an impressive 10 medals across multiple categories.
Building on their success at the 12th Championship last year, the students demonstrated discipline, determination, and teamwork. Their performance highlighted not only sporting talent but also the resilience and spirit that the institute strives to nurture in every child.
The Medal Winners were: Sub-Junior Category (Singles) – Varnik Garg – Gold; Sachin Rajput – Silver; Mayank – Bronze. In Junior Boys (Doubles) Manas & Varnik won Gold; Tejas & Daksh – Silver; and Sachin & Abhay – Bronze. In Junior Category (Singles), Manas Panwar won Silver and Daksh Singh, Bronze.
In Senior Category (Doubles); Himanshu & Keshav won Bronze. In Junior Girls (Singles), Riya Lekhar won Bronze.
Altogether, the students secured 10 medals, a remarkable accomplishment that reflects their steady progress and commitment to excellence.
