Tiranga Yatra taken out by BJP Yuva Morcha in Mussoorie

Mussoorie, 13 Aug: BJP Yuva Morcha took out a grand Tiranga Yatra from Picture Palace Chowk to Gandhi Chowk today with the support of the Municipal Council, students of Hindi medium schools, and members of social organisations.

It was inaugurated by BJP Yuva Morcha National Vice President Neha Joshi by waving the the Tricolour. Students participated in Tiranga Yatra in large numbers, waving the Tricolour in their hands and shouting slogans such as ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ and ‘Vande Mataram’.

During the Tiranga Yatra, locals and tourists from different states displayed their patriotism. Mussoorie BJP in-charge Ratan Singh Chauhan, Mussoorie BJP Yuva Morcha President Ravindra Rawat, former BJP President Mohan Petwal, former Municipal President OP Uniyal and BJP Yuva Morcha National Vice President Neha Joshi said that everyone would participate in this Har Ghar Tiranga Maha Abhiyan running from 13 to 15 August and hoist the national flag at their homes. The rules have also been made clear to ensure respect of the national flag. After 15 August, everyone should take down the national flag with respect and keep it in their homes and establishments so that it can be hoisted again with respect on such occasions.

It was stated that the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan is being run at the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It has been launched by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.

On this occasion, Municipal Executive Officer Rajesh Naithani, Mussoorie BJP Mandal President Rakesh Rawat, Kushal Rana, Arvind Semwal, Meera Kaintura Saklani, Rajat Agarwal, Satish Dhoundiyal, Amit Bhatt, Sumit Bhandari, Student Union President Mohan Shahi, Meera Suriyal, Jashoda Sharma, Virendra Bisht, Anita Saxena, Rajesh Sajwan, Avtar Kukreja, Gajendra Singh, Dharampal Pawar, Anil Singh Annu, Manveer Tomar, Pritam Lal, Amit Pawar and others were also present.
