DEHRADUN, 15 Jul: UPNL is taking a new initiative by conducting an Entrepreneurship Development Workshop for welfare of Ex-Servicemen and their dependants from 15 to 19 July at the Secretariat of the Sainik Kalyan Department. UPNL provides employment/ re-employment opportunities to Ex-Servicemen and their wards, but due to shortage of vacancies it may not be possible to provide jobs to everyone.
