DEHRADUN, 15 Jul: The ‘Parvatiya Viklang Sewa Samiti’ felicitated the 6th National Wheelchair Basketball Champion Team player Sakshi Chauhan at Tasmia Academy, 1-Inder Road, by presenting a Memento and a certificate. President of the Society Gulshan Bahri said that Sakshi never lost her patience and kept on trying and had done her best, making the nation proud. Social activist and philanthropist Dr S Farooq appreciated the efforts of Sakshi and said that, if someone was determined to do something, the goal would be achieved one day. DS Mann, Chairman, DIS and President, Doon Club, Brig KG Behl (Retd), SP Kochhar, RK Bakshi attended the programme as guests of honour and Gulshan Bahri proposed the vote of thanks.
