WindStream launches TV app developed in Doon

Dehradun, 11 Jun: As part of the steps taken by the government to promote startups and entrepreneurship in Uttarakhand, the WindStream TV application developed in the IT Park of Dehradun was launched today at the Uttaranchal Press Club, here.

WindStream founder Vishal Kaushik, while addressing the media, said, “We are realising the dreams of the Dhami government of a Digital Uttarakhand. WindStream TV is an application created by the youth of Uttarakhand through which we can see and hear the cultures and traditions of Uttarakhand in digital form.” He said that this IPTV platform created by the technically expert youth of Uttarakhand is providing a streaming platform to the entertainment, sports, movies and digital creators of Uttarakhand so that the local content can be accessed on a global platform.

Today, WindStream launched its IPTV platform, which is the first in Uttarakhand. WindStream is made in Uttarakhand, itself. Its trial began today in all of India and the international market.
