Dr PS John confers certificates on graduating students at the 73rd Graduation Ceremony of the Doon Bible College held in Doon on Tuesday. Dr John, the Vice Chairman of the Uttarakhand State Minorities Commission, is also the Chairman of Doon Bible College.
