BJP victory in 2024 will lead to India becoming leader of the world: Dhami
By Our Staff Reporter
Dehradun 1 Feb: BJP state in-charge Dushyant Gautam today claimed that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has created a record in the country with respect to development in the state. Several states have also drawn inspiration from the schemes run by the Uttarakhand Government. Gautam was addressing party leaders and workers on the occasion of the virtual inauguration of the party’s offices in all the 5 Lok Sabha constituencies.
Gautam lavishly praised CM Dhami and claimed that under his leadership, Uttarakhand is setting new records in the country in various fields. The state is moving rapidly towards fulfilling the vision of PM Modi, who had announced that the current decade will belong to Uttarakhand. Gautam claimed that while many parties did speak about the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) on a regular basis ever since the time of independence, no party could dare to adopt it in view of their appeasement policies. BJP, on the other hand, has remained committed to the issue and soon Uttarakhand will implement the UCC. In the presence of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and State Party President Mahendra Bhatt, Gautam called upon the party workers and the leaders to work hard and be ready to sacrifice for the sake of ensuring BJP’s win in all the 5 Lok Sabha constituencies of the state with a record margin.
The Tehri Lok Sabha Election Office was today inaugurated at the party’s Mahanagar office by Gautam and CM Dhami. Speaking about the INDI Alliance, Gautam claimed that the Opposition parties are playing dirty politics by trying to divide the country and its electorate on the basis of religion, caste, region and class. On the other hand, PM Modi has remained true to the party’s ideology of ensuring development and welfare and implementing schemes for all the without any discrimination.
All the opposition parties have come together not for the sake of people but to save their families and parties. This is an alliance of those who have looted the country through corruption. Their corruption is leading many of the Alliance leaders to jail not because of any political vendetta but because of Modi’s commitment to fight against corruption. The fear among the leaders have led them to unite against Modi.
Gautam called upon the party leaders and workers to work hard to ensure a large voter turnout and to resolve the problems of the voters whenever brought to their notice.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami claimed that, after the party’s victory in 2014, PM Modi worked hard to fulfil the needs of the people, and after the victory in 2019, he fulfilled their aspirations. Now, another victory for the BJP in 2024 will make India a global leader in the true sense. He asserted that all the sections of the society including the youth and women of the state are firmly standing in support of the BJP as they are impressed by the government’s commitment towards development and transparent governance. The sentiments of the people are with the BJP because of its politics and polices aimed at keeping national interest above all. The opposition and political pundits are perplexed as to how BJP has been continuously winning, failing to realise that all this is the result of the tireless work of the party’s grassroots workers right up to the booth and panna levels.
Taking a jibe at the unity of the opposition, Dhami asserted that, on the one side, there are people who follow nationalism and, on the other, there are people who follow dynastic politics. All the leaders of the opposition have accepted their defeat as certain, that is why their aim is not to form the government but only to save their family and party.
Dhami urged the workers to remain alert to the negative agenda of the opposition and to spread awareness. The development projects and the welfare schemes of the Centre and the states are reaching all sections of society, which is why the emerging picture of a changing India is clearly visible to everyone today.
State Party President Mahendra Bhatt said that BJP always works actively among the public, the result of which is that, even after the last assembly elections, the party has continuously won elections at all levels. He said that the kind of work done by the Central and State Governments in the state is sure to be blessed by the people of Uttarakhand. He also referred to the recent roadshow of Chief Minister Dhami organised in Rudraprayag as historic and as an indication of his popularity.
