DEHRADUN, 28 Nov: Social worker, actor, and hotel entrepreneur Dev Raturi met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today at the CM’s official residence on Thursday. During the meeting, the Chief Minister welcomed Raturi and held extensive discussions with him on various social and public welfare issues.
Praising Raturi’s work, Dhami said that when individuals of Uttarakhand origin establish their identity on national and global platforms and remain committed to contributing to the development of their home state, it becomes a matter of pride for the entire region. The Chief Minister assured him that the state government is continuously working with dedication to give new momentum to sectors related to tourism, culture, and youth entrepreneurship, and welcomes the cooperation of social workers and experienced individuals from the private sector in this direction.
Raturi appreciated various public welfare schemes being run by the state government and said that he would continue to actively contribute to the developmental initiatives of Uttarakhand in the future as well.
It may be recalled that Dev Raturi was recently awarded the ‘Uttarakhand Gaurav Samman 2025’ during the Silver Jubilee of State Formation celebrations held on 7 November 2025 at Police Lines, but he couldn’t attend the ceremony.
