DEHRADUN, 16 Dec: Col Brown School celebrated its 98th Founders Day on 13 December, which depicted the diverse talents of the students. An Art and Craft exhibition featuring beautiful pottery and handicraft, as well as projects on various topics were showcased. These included Egyptian civilisation, Dev Bhoomi, Gandhi the Mahatma, Banking beyond Boundaries, Chemistry Carnival-Bleeding tree, Make a wish, Magic of pH, Feed the animal, Active Volcano, Sacred flame, etc. Physics exhibitions included wind turbine, Periscope, and Van De Graff Generator. In Computer technology an Anti-Theft Fuel System and Fuel Billing system were exhibited.
The Chief Guest was Gaurav Dayal, Commissioner Faizabad, who was welcomed with Presentation of Arms, The Guest of Honour was Jonal Chaudhary, IRS.
The Karate and PT display exhibited the discipline and agility of the students.
The variety entertainment had English plays by Junior and Senior schools. The Hindustani Classical music had all spell bound. There was also a dance performance, and the western music orchestra was spellbinding.
