Dehradun, 8 Mar: Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) participated in a cultural evening organised by the Department of Culture on the occasion of Spring Festival-2022 at Raj Bhawan, here, on Tuesday.
On the occasion, songs related to greenery were presented in the local languages of Uttarakhand. Holi was also celebrated.
The Governor encouraged the artists participating in the program and gave them his best wishes. Present on this occasion were First Lady. Gurmeet Kaur, Secretary to Governor Dr Ranjit Kumar Sinha, Director, Culture, Beena Bhatt, other senior officials and a large number of people.
