Narrow escape for passengers as bus goes out of control

Mussoorie, 13 Jan: An accident was averted here on the Mussoorie-Dhanaulti Road near Turturia, when a bus went out of control and collided with a crash barrier on the road side, which prevented it from plunging downhill.
A total of 31 passengers were in the bus that was going to Dhanaulti from Mussoorie. According to eyewitness Gambhir Singh, the bus tyres slipped on the frost on the road this morning. He said if the crash-barrier hadn’t been installed on the road side, a major accident would have occurred.
