Dehradun, 6 Jan: Teams from all states will arrive in Uttarakhand two days before the start of their respective events at the National Games. The Garhwal Tourism and Cultural Coordination Committee (GTCC) has sent the details of the tentative dates and venues for all events to the Sports Department.
Sports Minister Rekha Arya stated that significant progress has been made in the preparation for the National Games. She mentioned that GTCC has sent the complete programme, including the tentative dates and venues, to the Sports Department. According to this schedule, preparations for team reception, accommodation, food, and practice sessions at all venues are being completed on time. After receiving this information, instructions have been issued to expedite the preparations further.
