Dehradun, 14 May: St Patrick’s Academy was visited, today, by CFO Sandeep Kumar Rana along with his team from the Uttarakhand Fire Department. The children assembled, first, in the School Auditorium where, through visual aids, they were acquainted with safety rules on the roads.
Later, the children gathered in the School Grounds to view a demonstration on Fire Safety Rules. Rana stressed on the need to be prepared for any kind of eventuality and taught the children how to put out any type of fire using various kinds of extinguishers. This was followed by an interactive round which saw the children raising their concerns on how to take the right measures in case of fire or fire related accidents. Rana, very patiently answered the questions and praised the children for their foresight.
At the end, Bro Joseph, the School Principal, thanked the fire service personnel for educating the school students on safety measures.
